The purpose of this association is to protect and preserve the natural beauty and attributes of Lake Avalon and the property fronting on the surrounding Lake Avalon; to promote the enforcement of such reasonable building and use restrictions and rules and regulations for safety and protection as are now in existence or may hereafter be created; to promote the general welfare, education, safety and advancement of the property and the residents of property at or surrounding said Lake Avalon.
